Used to be overpriced but they're prices have really caught up to the norm in the past few years. Not much more than a McCafe and much higher quality. Good selection of drinks and light snacks. Staff is better trained and friendlier than most similar businesses in the area. Tend to be busier this time of year due to holiday drinks and specials. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program to earn free drinks including one on your birthday. Parking can be tough but they're drive-through is usually a breeze I'd you don't go at peak times.

Even during the share event (2-5pm buy 1 get 1) being was super busy, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The cashier (a lovely blue haired person) described drinks for me, suggested a drink (the winter chai, which was awesome!!!) asked if we were participating in the bogo, and helped with using the phone app. Then the barista accidentally got one of our drinks wrong (good thing it was written on the sticker correctly!) And promptly remade the drink. They were all delicious. We were extremely happy with this starbucks location.
Auburn game day at home and Starbucks is busy! Unfortunately, Sara (a manager) is less grace under pressure and more toxic manager in front of customers. This place is 5 stars but the tension Sara creates can be felt from the first step inside the store. She sucks the life out of the fifth star...and from what I saw, out of the employees as well.
I just came to this Starbucks. It's Sunday so they open at 6. It's 6:15-6:20. No one at the drive thru so I pull around to go in, they let a customer come in. SO I go to Walk in and the doors are locked. Both customers and employees looked right at me and would not unlock the door... If you open at 6, you UNLOCK THE DOORS AT SIX! SOME PEOPLE HAVE TO BE AT WORK AT 6:45 AM.
