Went in after phoning for alignment.The store manager wrote the ticket to whom i explained that i replaced control arms and inner and outer tie rod ends. I waited in the lobby for over 3 hours to then be told the alignment would take 2-3 hours and would have to be done tomorrow, NOT TODAY. Very poor customer service!
I have been to this location 5-6 times. Have had brakes done and tires on a couple of different cars. Have always gotten good service and the staff recognizes me when I come in.
Well I work in Lagrange but live about 40 miles away and my vehicle stranded me at work one day had to be towed to this place. Already knowing what it was supposed to cost to get the work done that I needed, I was shocked when they have me an estimate that was double what it should have been. But I was forced to pay twice as much as I should have since that was really my only option if I wanted to get my vehicle back home. Not cool.
You may go there if you want waste your time.
Not only was My Audi Q7 scratched repeatedly But there was also a Dent in my Hood when I picked my Vehicle up that Was NOT on it when we left it there!!! I thought $207.00 plus tax per Tire was a steep but what those 2 Tires I got from this place at $426.72 is probably 1/4 of what it will cost to fix Their Pathetic Work!!! Not only will I Never go there again But I'll make sure to share My Experience with Everyone I know and Anyone that sees my Post or Pictures I've already shared!!!
