Was looking for an XBox 360 Cable (HD) And was given standard low quality cable, went back in the store trying to say it wasn't right and was treated like I was the one who didn't know what I was talking about... Why would you sell someone crap in the first place? I Told the guy the HD switch went out on my original cable, so why would I purchase the same thing I already had.. It will be returned first thing tomorrow.
Today (Black Friday of all days) the workers of Gamestop LaGrange went above and beyond their normal job duties. While working on a minor issue with me, I personally witnessed each of them help other customers ranging from memory drives users needing help setting up, memory cards stuck in devices that kids placed in backwards, and helping customers realize 'why buy only one used item only when one more gets a third free'. These guys and gal really made my day. THEN they went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I wont get into specifics but these employees set the GOLD STANDARD of what all Gamestop employees should be trained to become. Thanks guys!!!
Worst gamestop I've ever been too. Guys who work there are rude and unhelpful to say the least. Almost as bad as the bald guy who works in the one in Jonesboro. 0/10 get your stuff online it's almost guaranteed to be cheaper. And just so you know it's a dying store because of online retailers and on console stores, so the employees are pushed to sell so much it's incredibly annoying. No i don't want to pre-order call of Duty 11 stop asking

Almost every worker in the store knows us by now, and they're always extremely friendly and easy to deal with (besides only one of the workers who is usually rude) Some of the most friendly people to deal with though.
