I had to drop off a package for return and the girl at the counter was kinda rude about it. She was not very nice in how she told me they did not keep records of returns.
Great experience with print job at the LaGrange UPS Store. Service was quick and the team was great to work with. JC Malone Associates plans to use UPS for future print jobs.
I've had to call this location on several different dates. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone. I drove 45 minutes to the store for a service that UPS offers, when I arrived the woman said they didn't offer the service at this store. It would have been helpful to know this before making the drive. Tried again today to call several times with no luck.
At this point I see that UPS wants everyone else to do their work for them and do not care about inconveniencing customers. I will no longer do business with such a blatantly disrespectful corporation. Do yourself a favor and find a better shipper.

Don't be fooled by my one star. This is a zero star organization. The only customer service reps have thick Indian accents and have a rough understanding of English. They "attempted" to make a delivery today. The delivery required a signature, yet the driver could not be bothered to knock on the door. I was informed of their "attempt" and immediately called for help. Nonexistent.
