I asked her what she meant by that as it is not the policy of the lottery commission to close sales during regular business hours. She said that no lottery ticket would be sold until the next shift started because she would have to do her paperwork over again.
Normally it would not be a big deal but I think that this young woman does not enjoy the job she is doing and might be happier in some other line of work, its really all about customer service.
I was visiting Lagrange Ga recently, while there I had occasion to stop at this location, I noticed that some of the pumps were damaged and in a state of non repair, as I came into the store the clerk appeared to be UN-interested in the store or what was going on in the store, it appeared that she was doing paperwork and when I asked if they had batteries she seemed to be irritated that I had asked her help in locating the products.
As I was checking out I asked to purchase a lottery ticket but was refused, she stated that the lottery was closed.
