I wish I could take the one star away.This has to be the WORST place ever. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. Most of the staff act like they don’t want to be there. A resident had to wait a hour before they changed her. No one was at the desk and when they were there they didn’t acknowledge me. It’s dark and depressing throughout the entire building . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
In my opinion, this is one of the best nursing/rehab facilities in Georgia. My father, grandfather, and grandmother received care in this facility. The quality of care given by the nurses there is excellent. Friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. The facility is clean. In fact, there is someone always cleaning at all times of the day or night. I would recommend this nursing/rehab facility to anyone.
Worst place ever. They will lie to you and waste your time. Admissions came out to interview my pawpaw and we were told we would have an answer the next day by 5.. we'll they don't work to 5 and we are on day 4 holding our breath for the phone call that obviously is not coming. I do not recommend this facility for crap... I work for a well known healthcare facility and I will make sure that everyone knows not to refer or send any of our patients there.....
I was not happy with this staff, we moved my mother in law in and gave them all the information about her diet restrictions. The first thing they did was give her what we asked them not too and of course she had a reaction. The second day they said she broke her glasses. When she presses the button for someone to come help her go potty, it is at least 10 minutes. So always she has wet herself. I am not happy with the care here so far and would not recommend it. Yes it is clean and old, but to me the care one gets is more important.
