Good service, good food
I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 50 STARS IF I COULD. They have the nicest employees who will do anything to make things right. I go here regularly for carry out and never have problems. The food is spot on and consistent and the employees always ask if I need napkins or parmesan or whatever.
We dined in for lunch today and the restaurant was clean, service was great, and the food was yummy. They have recently remodeled, so the inside was modern and clean and all of the tables were tidy. We tried the cheesy garlic knots, which were really tasty. The gentleman who waited on us was very friendly. Everything was hot and fresh - you should give this location another chance!
Ordered. Came quickly. Missing an item. Called the store and spoke to the manager, she was good. Driver calls back 5 minutes later saying I never ordered the items I did. She was super rude. I could hear her talking to the manager and she made the comment that supposedly we ordered some items. I could hear the manager say yes it's on the receipt. However from the rudeness and accusatory tone of the driver, I'll never order from here again. It's not difficult to be nice and treat people the right way. This was our first order from here after moving here a week ago. They just lost a lot of money.
