Ok so it takes forever to get your tickets. You have to wait in the snack bar line even if you just want tickets. The poor boys behind the counter (only two of them) had no help and couldnt keep up with the crowd.
Location is fantastic and the style of the theater is wonderful addition to the downtown area, but it seems to be going downhill since taken over by AMC. Now it is frequently understaffed and seems to be experiencing problems. I have noticed that the carpets and bathrooms are dirty. Soda machines are out of syrups and ice. On my most recent visit I was told that I could not purchase tickets to a newer movie because there were issues with the theater it was playing in... Why couldn't they just move it to a different theater?? Morale seems to be very low. Hoping someone important notices and turns thing around!
Wish it had more shows earlier in the day. Building needs renovation.
