We really enjoyed the day learning and experiencing the museum. Vernon was just wonderful - he is so knowledgeable and he is so engaging. He made the stories of the bible jump off the page!

Amazing. An awesome experience that everyone needs to have. Our tour guide Vern was the best his jokes are hilarious and he really puts things in a way that is both interesting and educational. The meal was fantastic. Judy did a great job of explaining the cultural significance and importance of ancient meal practices. I will be back and I will tell everyone I encounter how much this experience has taught me

The Biblical History Center was a pleasant surpeise that I had heard about from a friend. From the outside the center appeared small and i feared it would lack a significant gallery or tour length, to my surprise the inside appeared quite large and the tour was very enjoyable. My package gave me access to the tour and a traditional Hebrew lunch that was served around a large table, the food was superb and perfectly prepared, the viewing gallery had artifacts of surprising significance and wifh fascinating stories as explained by the tour guide. The reconstructed Old Testament tents and town areas gave a vivid depiction of Biblical lifestyle. If you want your family, friend or yourself to get a real visual understanding of multiple Scriptural passages and Old Testament lifestyle and can't afford a flight to Israel, than I strongly suggest the Biblical History Center as the next best thing.

It was such an enlightening day - definitely plan to return, there is just too much to taken in at one time!

Finally, we toured the outside exhibits, which include scenes from the city (city gate, typical city home, cistern, mill, and the presses for the olives, grapes). We saw farm life, with the threshing floor, vineyards, a presentation of crucifixion, graves, and the auditorium). Finally we saw nomadic desert scenes with the tents and sheepfolds).

Next we ate the meal, which was really good. Ronnie does an amazing job, and the lentil soup was excellent! All the while we learned so many things about the biblical stories of the Last Supper (and cleared up quite a bit confusion about how things REALLY happened).

We first went through the museum, which has so many artifacts from Israel, including artifacts from the period of the Judges! We learned so much that tied directly into stories from the bible.

Very informative. I enjoyed the meal for the first time. Will definitely do it again and again and again.I learned so much. I have a true thirst for more knowledge of the Bible but the history and customs of all people, places and things. This was my third trip and each even more wonderful than than the previous. The one area that may be improved upon is handicap accessibility for restrooms and getting around. All people should be able to visit comfortably. Great trip

Amazing artifacts from Israel. Very cool set up of the way people lived in Biblical times. Highly recommend this!
