I tried to get a written estimate for an insurance claim so I called a-1, he asked what was the problem I was having and I breifly summarized my dilema. I made arrangements to meet with him that day and he never showed up. I called back a few days later to see if he was going to look at it and give me an estimate and he said he had been very busy and could not make it on the first day. I asked when did he think he would be able to come by and he totally changed his tune by saying he is not qualified to do the work that he had earlier said would be no problem. He added that I should probably find someone else to look at. I told him no problem, I will do just that and immediately rated him and commented on why such a low rating.
