You can walk from downtown if you'd like. (We did). But it looked like parking wasn't too bad.
Great facility! Very clean and had a nice family feel to it.
They have concessions with ample selections from local restaurants and vendors. Beer and wine is available including local craft beer on draft.
The sound was a little weak at the back of the lawn but I bet it was just right up closer.
The setup is cool -- the stage and seating are set into the hillside, creating a natural amphitheater. The sight lines are excellent and the sound quality is spot on.
Another pleasant surprise in LaGrange. If I get to go back (and I'd go back) it will be in the reserved section. The lawn was pleasant enough but I'm on the wrong wide of 50 to be comfortable with it. (Hint: It was actually better lounging on a blanket. The hillside is really too steep for chairs.)
Sweetland is a spectacular venue -- a perfect setting for a concert, festival or community event. We've visited many times and thoroughly enjoy it.
Best venue around and they are definitely upping there game with some fantastic bookings and events. Not a bad seat in the house!
Beautiful ampitheater for such a small town! Good food and drink options, but you cannot BYOB (officially).
