Lines are usually long and they are extremely slow.
The post office change my electric bill mailing without authorization and some of my other mail. Who should I contact since they don't answer the phone. Or is this considered fraud if it is being sent somewhere not authorized.
Absolutely marvelous. Always fast in services, very kind people who are compassionate and understanding. They help when necessary and push papers at light speed.
Received a severely damaged package from the woman delivering our mail. She nonchalantly told me to call up there and they'd do something about it. I called and the woman on the phone told me the delivery lady shouldn't even have given it to me. Well finally I WENT up there, showed them the package, and they told me they couldn't do anything about it, that all complaints had to be filed online. They don't even know what they're doing to keep the story straight from one person to the next. I'm furious, my product is ruined, and I can't do a thing about it. Trying to file a claim online is near impossible apparently if it's an international package. It's absolutely ridiculous how this place works. Also, the people that seem to hire for this place only hire ONE ethnicity. This is a very diverse county, it seems a bit discriminatory to only hire African Americans and no one else. I try to avoid this place at all costs.
They don't answer the phone. My postman continually doesn't deliver packages when it says they've been delivered.
