Will never Shop at this store again!! Purchased shoes for me, my son and daughter here. Spent over $500! Well after a little over a week I noticed my shoes were fading as if the dye was just coming off! So I returned, box and receipt in hand and the so called, Head Coach Whitney told me I had worn them in three rain ( which I hadn't ) and there wasn't anything she was gonna do about it! My shoes alone were over $200!! I refuse to accept such a loss!
I will definitely return to the Hibbett Commerce store. I usually shop at the mall store for convenience, but had to go to the UPS Store on Commerce last week, so I stopped in Hibbett. Jon (the store manager) and Colby were both very helpful and courteous. The store was neat and clean. I will be back, especially with Christmas coming up. You have a new customer.
I move to Lagrange about 6 months ago and started shopping at Hibbetts for my boys both at the one in the mall and on commerce. We quickly found out that if you wanted a good customer service go to the one on commerce. This week they made and I probably will not return to shopping with them! Everytime we go in there we are always greeted and shown what we need, this time we walk in and a new manager (Jonathan) starts asking we what we were looking for....... Well long story short ended up seeing him talking on his cell phone close to the back and with only 1 other employee on the floor trying to help everyone, then walks right past us and says to the other employee he's got to go make a phone call..... So we walk out and he's in his car smoking. If they are going to have managers like this, I will not be spending my money there!!!
