Great people, clean facility!
Electronic vehicle gate did not always work, and was sometimes open even though no employees appeared to be on premises. At least once recently, I wasted a trip because the gate was closed, the box did not work, and I could not find an employee. Other business owners have access to back where storage units are through at least one other vehicle gate. Emails through the account webpage and voicemails go unanswered. Only able to get in touch with an employee by text message. I used their "professional" moving services when I moved in, and there were late, careless, and had to get the truck jump started after loading my things. The storage building lot has a lot of stuff all over. My unit was supposed to be climate controlled, but I'm fairly certain that wasn't always working either. Do not recommend this place.
