I was on the 12th year of driving my paid off Ford 500. I heard a commericial from Mike Patton and was impressed with it thinking I would check them out if ever needed. Not long after, my car was t-boned and totaled. I met Joseph Pope at the dealership. He was kind, friendly, most respectful and happy to show me every car and its features in the hot Georgia sun. After many phone calls, many texts-some as late as 9pm, answering every question, searching for the right car for me, Mr. Pope never made me feel rushed or pressured. He truly made me think that he didn't care where I purchased my car, his intent was replacing my car with another that I would enjoy just the same. He made the pinch of a car payment so much easier to bear. I was pleased that I did find a car at Mike Patton after searching the greater Atlanta area with Mr. Pope's help. I went into the Mike Patton Ford Dealership Monday morning to have the batteries replaced in my keyfob for my 2014 Escape. While there we were introduced to Grant Mr. Grace, one of the Sales Associates. I was interested in seeing the 2017 Ford Edge. They did not have an Edge on the lot that would meet my color preference. After much discussion, my wife and I decided that If they could locate an Edge with the package that would fit us we would order. Mr. Grace located the car and had it ready for a purchase the following morning. We bought the Edge and are pleased with Mike Patton Ford, their Sales Associates, especially Mr. Grant Grace and his work in answering all questions and walking us through the experience. Mike Patton Auto has been our preferred dealership in the past and we look forward to our future service there. We will give FIVE STARS for our experience.
