Horrible business experience. I worked with Candra Winston to lease a hybrid. Upon my first visit, I thought that she seemed honest and open to finding answers to the questions I had. When I returned to close the deal, I was met with confusion and a lack of responsibilty for the initial information that was provided. I have always heard good things about this dealership, but based on this experience and lack of professionalism on so many levels I am taking my business elsewhere.
The sales team is more of a customer support team, so there is no haggling, only helpful advice. I worked with Jessica and she was so knowledgable and patient as I test drove three different vehicles before deciding to make a purchase. The whole experience was stress-free and exciting!
I just upgraded with Chris Child yesterday, and the whole thing was an awesome experience. I love the pricing system at Mike Patton and Chris was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me at all. I truly felt he had my best interest in mind.

My shopping was excellent exceeded my expectations. I was nervous due to buying a veh that i haven't personally seen nor road tested and inspected. I live over 150 miles away from your business. Porsche started the process via phone call i made. Ms kincaid professional and continued to email text and called me serval times to inform me the veh wasnt sold over the labor day holiday. Robert email me info on the veh so i could foward to my home town bank. He also informed that i had the choice to hold the veh. Robert also offered finance options and quickly emailed paper work to my home town bank. Robert also answered my questions concerning a spare tire and got approval from management to add a second keyless remote per my request. On arrival i was greeted by the closer Charlie who was awesome. Charlie inform me he was helping out due to robert was working with another customer. Charlie was at a disadvantage not knowing of my request of a veh inspection after the road test. Charlie was able to get my request approved. Charlie had a meeting with management about a issue noted after inspection. Charlie realized i was some what bothered about my travel time and the issue i found. Charlie didnt hesitate solving the issue quickly. Charlie also found a second keyless remote saving me time having to visit another facility to add a second keyless remote. Closing with the finance manager was quick. Kudos to the Patton family hiring a team of professional and knowledgeable staff. Blessing to all of you..Charles Williams
