As far as Wal Marts go, this is pretty average. Most employees don't seem to particularly care about their job or helping you but who could blame them with their low wages and benefits? Still, every cell in a while you'll come across someone exception who goes out of their way. They typically do a great job on Black Friday in my experience and also their staff in returns/exchanges have always helped me with what I needed.
The Tire and Lube Associates were very pleasant and replaced my tire promptly at a reasonable price. Nice people.
I love Wal-Mart. I can go in for dog food or toilet paper and come out having spent $200. I know most of the staff because I usually come in at least once a day. The issue I have is that the store can be packed and the lines for checkout is very long. Employees are standing around and only have 1 or 2 registers open. Should have 5 or 6. The employees are there so why not open the registers? My only complaint!
Shopped in the middle of the night and there wasn't a crowd. Awesome! My cashier was amazing at self checkout.
Patience being of limit as time in line behind those with 100s of items. It's not really Walmarts fault or is it. Lol
