This is the worst place ever to go and get furniture unless you are black. The customer service is horrible. They are the most racist place I've ever seen in Lagrange!! The manager John Harper hung up on me and the corporate office because I told them how racist they were. I would not recommend this place to anyone..that is unless you are black..My credit score was dropped by 74 points because of a $20 late fee I had in March and thought it had been taken care of already. They had 3 contact numbers for me and they never called and said I owed a late fee nor did they send me anything in mail.. My statements were always wrong so I stopped looking at them and I paid what I was supposed to every month! Just saying beware of all the racists that are there..if you are white you will be treated differently!!! Ask them when's the last they had a white, Hispanic, Chinese, and all the races other than black people work there and how long they lasted if they can even tell...watch your back if you do decide to get something from them. Just saying...
I had an amazing experience with both my sales agent and John. John has gone above and beyond for me. I bought a 6 piece dinning room set, and upon delivery the table got a scratch, I called John he scheduled another table delivery without hesitation. I recently moved into a apartment, so my furniture purchase was very limited, but this is the furniture store I will come to when I buy my house. Hands down, best customer service ever. Im not sure why Stacy felt that they are racist, but as a WHITE customer I can vouch that they are NOT racist.
