Used furniture. Just that.
My husband and I have spent close to 1,000. at Mr. McCanns' business. He sold me a brown chaise lounger. When I got home I noticed the bottom was hanging down so I looked under the lounger and noticed a hole in the bottom fabric where someone tried to repair the front leg. And they did a good job rigging it to last for one sit down. I called Mr. McCann the next day and ask him if he was aware of the broken leg his responce and I quote" What broken leg". So ha ha he did get us for almost 1,000. But my word of

In response to the review, written by "Sabrina"!!! We do NOT sell broken furniture without the customer being aware! I remember this lady coming in. We do NOT "rig" our furniture. If we have furniture that needs repair, we do our best to do the repair. If we can NOT repair the furniture we do NOT sell it, or we will let the customer(s) know that it is broke(example: we have an old rocker at our desk that people ask about all the time. We could have sold that rocker 50 times. BUT, it is broke!!! When a customer asks about it, we tell them that it is broke and that it is NOT for sell!!). The piece of furniture she bought was NOT broke at the time it was sold. Nor was it broke before she bought it!!!!! IF it was broke, she would have been notified!! We have repeat customers and we have been in business for 5 years!!! That should speak for itself!!!! We canNOT and Will NOT let this bad seed ruin our motivation to sell good, used furniture to our customers!!! To those of you that have been in our store and tell your friends about us, WE THANK YOU!!! So, anyone looking for good, used furniture? Come on in to McCanns Used(not abused)Furniture!!!!
My personal experiences with these folks have been good. I've bought a few pieces from them on several occasions and haven't run into anything that I haven't been told about. The dining room table and chairs I got from them were a good bargain. The leather lounge chair I picked up there was worn but a steal at the price I paid and is extremely serviceable. The office chair I got is, again, worn, but is still the most comfortable I've ever owned and was gotten for quite cheap.
mouth will cost him much more. I will not do more business with him and I will do what customers do and I will let everyone know who they are dealing with. You are for- warned, he is not a business man that wants your repeat business.
