Website says they open at 8 on Sunday, but they open at 9. So after waiting forever for them to open, someone comes out at 8:51 and lets us know we have 9 more minutes. Instead of just letting us in.
The WORST customer service I have ever experienced!! The Store Manager is unprofessional, rude and has no concept of people skills or how to treat his customers! I will NEVER shop here again!
i went to harbor freight about a mounth ago bought about $80 dollars worth of stuff well i lost $400.00 it feel out of my pocket while i was in the store i called up theretwo days in arow i emailed them with no response at all i called right back to the store not 10 mins later i asked if they had found any money thw lady ansered very fast no thats alot of money for them not to even repay back to melook at the camers at least!!!
