I special ordered 1k worth of flooring from this store and no one at the store can find it. A pallet worth of paid for flooring is lost. The customer service is a joke at best. I will be using Lowe's for all of my home purchases going forward.
Terrible service! I have now special ordered twice from this store and both times they have lost my order. I decided to give them another chance this last order and again they have not only lost my order once but twice. You would think with a special order someone in the store would be responsible for tracking and ensuring customer satisfaction. Nope. We have had to call for updates and go to the store. Then the icing on the cake. They charged my credit card but can't refund me for 3-5 business days. Never again.
Some of the employees are clueless and far from motivated to learn. Some are even further from motivated to help customers. A few that probably won't stay long, care and are just the opposite. How can customers be expected to navigate a store that size and need no help. I will only go back if I absolutely have to.
It's was great and everyone was very helpful and knew what they were talking about in there department by far this has to be one of the best home improvement places I have ever been to. I use to go to Lowe's but I'm going to start going to home depot thank you so much
