Save your your money. I'd rather pay more and wait at Longhorn up the street.
NEVER GOING BaCK THERE AGAIN!!! The service is terrible.... when there on a Monday night when the building what empty. Service was slow and while I️ was trying to have a conversation with my husband, who was sitting right next to me, the bartender decided to start blaring rap music.... acting like it was her own personal club, and the worst part was the manager was allowing this to go on. When it came time to pay our waitress had no issue with rushing US.... and decided to stand over my husbands shoulder waiting for him to fill out the recipe. This is not the first time we have had issues with this place but thinking we would give it a second chance..... WRONG MOVE!!!! If you want to go to a place where you will be ignored, annoyed and have the worst dinner experience ever.... then this is your place!

They weren't busy at all.. And for some reason our fries were cold, and our chicken was burnt. After asking for a second batch of fries, they were burnt also. We finally got fresh fries after the third try. One of the waitresses had her child sitting at a table crying while she was doing nothing, and then went outside to sit on the phone while leaving her child alone to cry in the restaurant. One of the male servers (or whoever he was) went behind the bar to make himself a drink and did nothing but drink while we were there. I'm not usually one to complain because I work in a restaurant myself, but this was an experience I won't forget and I will not be coming back.
I'm only giving them a star for the music. The service was horrible. The bartender was very rude talking about the customers before and during my service. Very unprofessional the whole crew. It was a lot of people that was suppose to be working and want doing anything. It was a server that they was making wait on parties and want even attending to me and my guest. The bathroom was dirty the floors was dirty, the manager was eating and didn't show no type of welcome or customer service. The manager was never seen during my whole visit. I asked for a come and they didn't even have that. My service sucked!!! I will never come back here!!
We went right during lunch on a Sunday. It was very evident that the restaurant was understaffed. Food came out but you were wasting your time if you wanted your tea refilled or needed some type of sauce for your meal. If you are traveling, pick another restaurant to go to, the bathrooms we're ridiculous. I literally had to put my foot on the toilet seat to get the stale door closed. When I did get the door closed, I had to sit on the edge of the toilet, turned sideways because of toilet paper dispenser. Whoever bathroom up should be smacked! Not impressed at all. Next time we will choose one of the MANY OTHER restaurants on that road.
The service here was horrible. Didn't get water until 20 minutes in. Appetizer came at the same time as one of our entrees. There were no chips with our spinach dip. We didn't get refills. The original server disappeared. Two others came by with excuses. We were never approached by a manager even though I said several times the service was terrible.
