Otherwise it's fine. I eat here quite a bit for lunch, inside, and no problems.
First time here and the last place is unclean and the food was let's just say bad but the person that checked us out was nice.
Skip the drive thru. 50/50 that they forget something in the order.
This place has the worst customer service Shane is the worst nasty no glove wearing self ask him not to grab my fries from the top and they had the nerve to hold a conversation and have attitudes. I pay for sanitary food and thats what I deserve no smak so this place gets no stars from me.
Accurate order and the change was correct with a smile. The food was good as usual. The only problem with this location is you just about always have to turn right when leaving due to traffic.
At 11:15 am Sept. 8th 2017, Worker was rude; ask for ketchup with my drive thru order; said "we're out" and didn't say they were sorry or even a meek thank you. Being courteous might be in order for the employees here: they could learn from Chic-Fil-A. Fries were not fresh and cold and no napkins. I expect better since I'm paying more than if I went to McDonalds or Burger King. Acting like you don't give a damn about the order or the customer is no way to operate. Maybe it's okay to work here with a chip on your shoulder and feel compelled to take it out of people you don't know? If it is, I won't be buying here anymore.
