This is not the first time Dr Hunnicutt has offended me. She also told me, at my daughter's 2 month checkup, "it's not that your (breast)milk isn't good anymore..." She is consistently giving out antiquated medical advice.
She is a amazing Dr. She truly cares for her patients
Dr Hunnicutt, instead of calling me and telling me herself that she wanted to see my son before writing the script, had her receptionist do it for her AFTER she left for the day. I had called, however, first thing this morning, not receiving a call back for 5 hours...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER.
Good doctor takes time to talk let you know what's going on
Dr Hunnicutt is a coward who doesn't trust or respect a mother's instinct. Today, I asked for a prescription for blood work for my son who was bit by two ticks a few days ago. He is currently asymptomatic, which happens often in Lyme cases, but I wanted to check his titers asap if/when it started attacking his immune system further.
