The office staff do not know what they are doing. I received a bill with a handwritten note that my insurance would not pay. I called the insurance company and they have no record of a reconsideration being sent by the idiots. Beware...check before you pay anything from this office.
Staff were wonderful and pleasant. Dr. Whitlow was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and what was going on. And was very energetic, thorough, and has a wonderful bedside manner. Would recommend them to everyone and anyone! Thank you for such a wonderful experience today!
