Appalling. Have a child with a possible broken wrist. Went to ER on Saturday, and are told to follow up here as they are the ones on schedule. I was told the Dr. will not be in LaGrange until Wednesday. I explain that my child is in a lot of pain and we really need to get in today. The response was rude and came across as if I was really bothering them. Did I mention yet that I had to phone the Columbus office in order to get the LaGrange office to answer the phone after I left messages? The receptionist was not happy when I asked the question...Why is this clinic the one I am told to follow up with if I can't follow up with them? I was rudely told that it had to be the Doctor that saw my child in the ER. Well my child did not see a doctor in the ER. Also the follow up Dr. listed on the discharge sheet is a completely different name than the Dr. this clinic is insisting we must see. WTFO??? They did just finally call me and were willing to make an appointment for tomorrow. When I began to politely explain that I was trying another location to try and be seen today, due to the constant pain my child is experiencing, she could not get off the phone with me fast enough. I am really surprised and disappointed with this experience, and hope management will see this, and take corrective action. It takes a lot to get me to the point of posting like this, but the LaGrange Hughston Clinic is a joke!
They move so slow! Been here for an hour and they've only called one person to the back.
