Google map says they open at 10am they open at 1030. I waited a 1/2 hour for them to open and then they tell me it will be another 15 damn mins for spicy chicken!!!!! You are either open or your not!!!!

I waited in the drive through for 20 mins. Waiting on my food. Once the lady came to the window with my order and took my card for the 32 dollars I owed, she said that I would have to pay half of the money with cash and the other half could go on my card. I told her I didn't carry cash and I only pay with a card. She told me if I didn't pay at least 24 in cash they couldn't give me my order. I'm very unsatisfied with the way they handle customer service and the way they refuse business. If business is so good turning away a paying customer then I will be purchasing a chicken restaurant myself. I will never try to eat here again. I will also make sure every person I speak with in the Lagrange area knows about this issue and doesn't waste their time.
The employees were very nice. I enjoy buying my meals from Church's chicken.
It a great place to eat. But the service is sometimes slow but the food is fresh.
